Sometimes I'm pretty positive I can feel the heartbeat of the earth itself. It's nice just to lay quiet in my garden and listen to life as the world slips into hibernation for the winter. The cold reminds me I'm alive and I get to snuggle with a blanket, which is a favorite thing of mine.

Even with all of the opportunities to snuggle, I still hate winter.

Scarves are absolutely lovely. Freezing raid, on the other hand, is not.

No, the freezing is not enjoyable. I think it's a little exciting to feel the heat from the fireplace though. Especially on cold fingers and toes!

Me too! There's really no perfect way I've found to describe it. It's just amazing.

Have you ever put cinnamon sticks into your fireplace?

No! I have to do this immediately. That sounds amazing.

It doesn't smell burned? I'm assuming.

Always so poetic, my dear. Snuggling in blankets in cold weather. There is absolutely nothin' better.

Thank you. There are so many wonderful things about colder weather. A lot of people can't appreciate it because it's difficult, which I can understand but I always hope that people enjoy the small things.

Thanks, isn't really not to be credited to me though. It's all the truth and anyone could see it for themselves!

I can't even begin to explain how much crazier I get over you just knowing how appreciative you are of the little things. You can always bring it all back into perspective.

People get too distracted with the complexities of life. It's sad to me to see the basic beauties of the world go unappreciated so I suppose that's really all I focus on.

You don't have to explain how you feel, you always show it so well.
